In the bakery Hench, only the bakery's own – sometimes very old – recipes are used. And, of course, baking mixes have no part to play. Only the very best raw ingredients from the region are used. The wholemeal cereals are then even freshly milled in
the bakery's own stone mill. This traditional bakery has also held the organic seal since 2003 as all raw ingredients for wholemeal products are sourced from organic producers.
